Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Texas Syndicate Group! We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition.

    • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Custom or personalized products.

    • Gift cards.

    • Clearance or final sale items.

To initiate a return:
Email admin@texassyndicategroup.com with your order number and reason for return.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, email us at support@texassyndicategroup.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
